What To Include

If you are reporting a problem, please include your iPhone model, iOS version, Watchtower app version, whether you are using TestFlight or the App Store build, and a short description of what happened.

Common Notes

Background refresh timing is controlled by iOS and may not happen instantly.
Widgets update on an iOS-managed schedule, with manual refresh available in supported widgets.
Live Activities are optional and can be stopped from the app.
Public service status pages are owned and operated by their providers.
